Music Festival, Hyde Park

We did a job in Hyde Park recently whereby contractors have strict guidelines on installation and recovery dates. Laying the panels exactly as per the drawing is paramount to being able to erect the stage. We installed 535 panels within 2 days and provided a standby crew throughout the 12 day event.

We provided services on to a film company whilst filming in two different locations. The first site received 100 panels in one of the furthest corners of the UK at very short notice, and our ability to respond at such speed led to our services for 1,000 panels at Virginia Waters in London. We installed all 1,000 panels within 3 days and recovered them in 2 days. Both the recovery and the installation were in the middle of the trackway industries peak season.

Art Festival, Regents Park

We provide services to an annual Art event in Regents Park and the Park’s ground staff are very insistent on the protection of the grass and trees. They commented that the condition of the ground after recovery was the best it had ever been.

Weekend Event, River Thames

We worked with a new customer in 2009 and their biggest concern before awarding the contract was our ability to meet their strict timescales. The whole of the traffic management system and contractors scheduling had been arranged around trackway installed within 3 hours for just short of 100 panels. There was a total of 2 installations and 2 recoveries, each time we easily met their timescales and have been guaranteed all future work.

Events, Local Council

We have now performed a number of jobs for a local council and they have since written a testimonial. In his letter he emphasises on his nervousness at using a new company for the first time but concludes his testimonial by stating his delight that his “nervousness was unfounded.”

Literature Festival, Wales

This was one of the first event jobs we performed as a new trading company and even though in the early days when many companies would have experienced teething problems, we not only delivered what we had promised but have also secured a further 3 year deal as the customer has no intention of going back to their previous supplier.
