Our trackway panels offer the safest, most environmentally friendly and cost effective solution for temporary roadways available in the market. Having listened to customers, our engineers have developed a brand new 5th Generation trackway panel design which addresses their concerns providing many user friendly features that will benefit customers and end users alike whether that be a 1000 tonne crane or just a few pedestrians:

• Improved anti slip resistant finish
• All bolts and connectors are flush with surface finish bolts therefore no trip hazards
• Standard and camber panel traction in both directions
• Single trackway panel design suitable for curved installations (in conjunction with rubber cover strips)
• Additional centre panel joint for smoother surface and increased stability

Supplied by Sapa Profiles Ltd to our unique design, the trackway panels are made from aluminium, the world’s most abundant natural resource and completely recycleable. The superior design of our trackway panels easily outperforms plastic equivalents in environmental terms and lasts indefinitely given routine maintenance.

Measuring 3.0 metre wide by 2.4 metres long and weighing 280 kg each, our trackway panel is very versatile and can be laid typically as a single width temporary roadway, in a pad formation to negotiate tight corners or even in multiple layers permitting weight distribution of heavy loads such as large cranes.

Logistics…

Having cutting edge trackway panel design is only half the story as without equally important logistics equipment, our rapid installation service would not be possible. That’s why we chose Scania R420 Highline for our trucks supplied by Keltruck Ltd, Atlas 92.2 cranes supplied by Terex and Transport Enterprises Ltd for our trailers and bodywork fit out.

Working closely with these key suppliers, we developed a bespoke vehicle configuration allowing us to transport up to 80 panels in a single load all of which can be installed or recovered in just a few hours allowing us to tackle the most demanding projects.
